I'm so glad to join you on your coaching journey. I wanted to share with you some details about how it will work and how to get get the best out of your experience. If you ever have any questions, do not hesitate to email me.

What Is Illuminate Coaching?

In a nutshell, Illuminate is a four stage growth and learning coaching process developed by CDIR. It uses a Micro-to-Macro approach -- meaning it helps a person grow new habits of mind by analyzing and addressing specific challenges. It's based on best practices adapted from the worlds of training, psychology, and education.

How Long Does the Program Take?

CDIR designed the program to take about 6  - 8 weeks to complete. The specific duration can vary based on scheduling needs and the nature of the journey.

For those who want to continue the process after the initial program concludes, we can arrange for ongoing personal coaching. I do not offer personal coaching to those who have not completed the Illuminate program.

I Just Paid. Now What?

After payment processing, I'll be in touch with a welcome email that includes a link to our first activity and choice of meeting times for our first call. After the first call, we can either schedule all three remaining calls or we can schedule them event by event.

What If I Miss or Need to Cancel?

As a mother of two, I understand just how busy life can be for parents - schedules get mixed up or changed, kids get sick, partners have to work late. However, in order to ensure I can give everyone the best experience, I do ask for at least 24 hours prior notice if need to to reschedule. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the call, I may not be able to reschedule that session. If you 'no show,' you forfeit the session.

Can I Get a Refund?

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so at least 24 hours prior to our first call to qualify for a refund. The refund will be your payment less any processing fees I incurred for the transaction. If you cancel within 24 hours of the first call or any time afterward, no refunds are provided.

What are the Rules of Conduct?

Respect for the individual is the cornerstone of my work as an educator, parent, and coach. I will always work to treat you, your time, and anything we discuss with the utmost respect. At the same time, it's important that you do the same. Respecting the work we will do together -- including keeping a peaceful, positive mindset -- will not only make our work more enjoyable, it will actually give you better results!

What about Privacy and Confidentiality?

While this is not psychotherapy or counseling, discussing your parenting and learning journey is a personal and private experience. I promise to always respect and protect the confidential nature of our work. I will never share or use your personal information for purposes other than to support your coaching journey. I will keep all of our written correspondences private. I will not record our calls.
