Less Stress is Coming Your Way
Your first step in joining Find the Calm is done. Here’s step two: I’m sending an email straight to your inbox right now.
I would be surprised if it hasn’t already arrived, but if it hasn’t, expect it momentarily! (Check your spam/promotions filters, too.) To join this course, you MUST click the button inside the email to confirm.
While you’re waiting, I’d like to introduce you to a book I wrote that has recently been named one of the “Top 8 Best Parenting Books on How to Raise Toddlers” by NY Mag. I’m pretty thrilled about that! Since you are interested in finding the calm in parenting, you might also find this book helpful.
Inside the pages of Toddler Discipline for Every Age and Stage you’ll find:
An overview of your child’s development―including physical, cognitive, and social-emotional―and how this affects their behavior.
Age-appropriate toddler discipline strategies that will help you manage common behavioral issues by building upon each stage of progress.
Helpful toddler discipline sidebars and tips for dealing with tricky situations, guidance on how best to communicate with your child, and advice from parents who’ve been there.
Why I wrote this book:
I saw a need for a different kind of discipline book for parents.
YES there are a lot of wonderful, positive and gentle discipline focused books for parents out there (ask me and I’ll recommend my favorites!), but I haven’t come across any that just clearly and succinctly lay out what’s going on in your child’s development year by year with corresponding common issues and their and effective solutions.
This is not a book all about me or my parenting or to persuade you to do things my way. It’s not a book pontificating on and on about why we should use gentle discipline strategies.
It’s a practical and effective troubleshooting guide.
Can you use a troubleshooting guide for ages 1-4?
Either way, we’ll talk more soon! Look for my emails!
P.S. Can I just tell you one more time how excited I am that you’re joining me for Find the Calm?! Eeeeeeeeeee! We’re doing this!
