1. Check your email Now
Your order confirmation is very important. Please make sure to check all of your email folders, including spam/trash/jumk/promotions, etc. Sometimes email providers hide our emails! When you find it, you can drag it into a folder that you regularly use.
2. Course enrollment info
If you have purchased a course, check your email first. Inside that order confirmation email is a link to the Facebook Group that you must request to join to enter the course content and forum. If your Paypal name is different from your Facebook username (many people will use a spouse or relative's account name), we won't know who you are, and we do check everyone off on the roster first. It is YOUR responsibility to follow through and make sure that we can confirm that you have paid. Failure to do so means that you may not receive what you paid for.
Please note that we do all of this roster-checking manually. It may not happen immediately. Know that there is nothing going on in the course forum that's important until the first day of class. We typically add members in batches as we work with the payments and the roster and confirm registration. Your patience is appreciated.
