Clients and Customers
If you buy an e-course, course ad-on, membership, or digital product, we collect your name, email address, and IP address. This data is held within Squarespace, ConvertKit, MemberPress, Mighty Networks, and Google Sheets. We need to know this basic personal data in order to contact you regarding your product or service, which includes our courses. We keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) until you notify us otherwise; you have the right to be forgotten so contact us if you would like your data to be destroyed.
Non-Customer Enquiries
If you have signed up for a course waitlist via email from a form on our website or download a free digital product, we collect your email address. This information is held within ConvertKit, our email hosting service. We need to know this basic personal data in order to contact you regarding your inquiry or provide your downloadable materials. Your information will be kept until you notify us otherwise; you have the right to be forgotten so contact us if you would like your data to be destroyed.
Email Subscribers
We collect your email address when you opt in to my email list or purchase a product. This data is held in ConvertKit. We use this information to remind you about our business and brand – this means that we will send you periodic emails about courses and marketing communications about new products and services. You have the right to unsubscribe anytime, but any information provided will remain in our records. Your information will be kept until you notify us otherwise; you have the right to be forgotten so contact us if you would like your data to be destroyed.
Site Users
We may collect your IP address and information regarding your location and pages accessed. This data is collected and stored in Google Analytics, WordPress, and Squarespace. This allows us to analyze our web traffic. This analysis is about general trends rather than you as an individual, and your IP address is encoded and not visible to us. Your information will be kept until you notify us otherwise; you have the right to be forgotten so contact us if you would like your data to be destroyed.
If at any point you believe the information we possess on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us and we will investigate the matter.
If you are not satisfied with our response or believe we am processing your personal data not in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
