Finally, a Montessori Curriculum That Tells You Exactly What to Do and When
Teach Montessori with ease using a complete homeschool system that guides you step by step and makes learning joyful for your family.
You know you want to homeschool the Montessori way but you’re Not Sure Where to Start.
If the thought of learning the entire Montessori method at home feels immediately overwhelming, that’s completely normal. Many parents feel excited to begin, but then get stuck in a cycle of researching all the materials and lesson resources on the internet. With so many tips from various sources it’s hard to have clarity and a clear understanding of what to do next.
Are you messing it up? Are you missing something important? Or are you getting it right? It’s hard to know when you’re piecing it together by yourself.
Giving your child a beautiful Montessori education is entirely possible for you, sweet friend! But without that clear starting point and progression, it’s easy for impostor syndrome to creep in. And if your child is neurodivergent, it’s especially important that you have your head in the game.
It allowed my Type-A self to relax and really follow my child.
- Kaitlyn

Homeschooling should fit your family’s rhythm, and you’ll be following your child’s sensitive periods and interests. When needed (got the flu? new baby in the house?), you’ll simply adjust your schedule without feeling like you’re falling behind.
Plus, you’re never alone in this journey. Join our nurturing community of parents who get it, ask questions during live Office Hours, and feel supported every step of the way by experienced homeschooling families and Montessori educators.

We all are sitting in different locations but sharing the journey and learning from each other. It feels like a family. - Shweta
I thought I was inadequate because I did not have a teaching background and was very close to giving up completely. Now I am slowly regaining momentum because I understand the process and what I need to do to help my child learn. - Catherine
I really love it. The activities (and fantastic curated booklists) are fun to do and don’t take a lot of prep. They’re written out with a description of all the steps you need, and suggestions of how to adapt each activity to different age groups. - Maureen

That said, let’s talk through a few common concerns.
I’m new to all of this. What if I don’t know what I’m doing?
You’re exactly who we built this for.
Our Montessori roadmap, scripted lessons, and printable materials give you everything you need to begin, even if you’ve never homeschooled or taught Montessori before! You’ll know what to teach, when to teach it, and how to feel confident doing it.
Life is busy. What if I fall behind?
There’s no such thing in Montessori.
Montessori at home is meant to flow with your family’s rhythm. Some weeks will feel magical. Others might be messy. You’ll have the tools to keep moving forward, and the support to help you reset when you need to.
Can I do this on a budget? What about all the Montessori materials?
Yes. And we’ll help you make it beautiful.
You do not have to have all of the Montessori materials to use our curriculum. You’ll receive clear guidance on what Montessori materials are truly needed, along with creative tips for DIY alternatives. We even have a member-led subgroup in our community just for DIYs! You’ll fit right in.
What if my child has unique needs?
Montessori is made to meet children where they are.
The beautiful thing about childhood is that development does not happen at the same pace for all children. Your child may be advanced in some subjects or delayed in others, and we love and celebrate all of it.
Super sensitive? Creative? Neurodivergent? Resistant to lessons? We’ve seen it all. Montessori offers a differentiated instruction approach, and we are ready to support you and your child’s learning journey.
You only get one chance to shape who your child will become. Don’t miss this opportunity to nurture their potential.

We Hear These Questions All the Time
Here’s what you need to know before you join.
-
It’s designed for children ages 2 to 9+ Our complete scope and sequence for all 3000+ lessons includes both Primary (early childhood) and Lower Elementary. That’s essentially toddlers through the end of third grade, but truth: it also contains a nice, easy transition into upper elementary as well. This curriculum will grow with your child.
-
100%. We are devoted fans of Maria Montessori and center our curriculum on her contributions to humanity. Every lesson is rooted in Montessori philosophy and written by an experienced, certified Montessori guide. You’ll get genuine Montessori lessons, just like your child would be doing in a Montessori school, adapted for real-life homeschoolers.
-
Yes! Many families use our curriculum with siblings of different ages. You’ll get access to lessons for ages 2 to 9, and we include tips for adapting activities across age levels so you can teach together when it makes sense — and give each child what they need.
-
It’s flexible and depends. One of the first things you’ll do with us is work on creating a rhythm and routine that is aligned with your family’s needs. Then, you’ll learn how to follow your child’s interests while keeping things manageable. You’ll plan for giving one or two lessons per day that feel like PLAY (10-20 minutes each), and your child will have lots of time for other things -- stories, nature, cooking, and open-ended exploration. If your child is older, you’ll end up spending more time working on big projects and academic subjects. If your child is younger, you’ll give more frequent, shorter lessons throughout the day on sensory-rich activities.
-
Everything is digital, so it’s ideal if you have a color printer. You’ll get immediate access to all curriculum materials through your private member dashboard — no waiting, no shipping. That means you can start exploring lessons, printing materials, and prepping with our Montessori Planning Cards the same day you join.
-
We don’t offer refunds, but we do offer a 7-day free trial. We want you to feel completely confident before you commit, which is why you can explore the lessons, check out the materials, and see if it’s the right fit for your family. Try it first. No pressure.
-
Yes — you’re never doing this alone. You’ll always have a place to ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and celebrate wins. This is one of the big advantages of choosing Child of the Redwoods over less-invested, bigger curriculum companies. We are a real homeschooling family who homeschooled our own children through their teen years. You’ll have full access to us for extra love and strategic homeschool help.
Don’t Wait to Give Your Child the Education They Deserve.
These precious early years don’t last forever. Right now, in this exact season of life, your child is absorbing the whole world. If you teach your child well, you will grow a life-long learner, but we only get one chance to nurture this special kind of natural curiosity and joy.
Homeschooling is not for everyone, but if you are intentional, devoted, and full of love, you — yes, you — are 100% capable.
With our complete Montessori homeschool system, you can get started right this very minute.
